We offer a refund and return policy, lasting 30 days – drop us a line at [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 14 working days of receiving the product. Please ensure your order is shipped to us using a courier service or via royal mail.

Unless your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, you will be liable for the shipping and all fees required to return the product to us. Please see the below for more information of incorrect or damaged orders.

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Fuel Coffee UK will offer a replacement or refund of the full amount required to receive the product. Our customer service team will be in touch with you to investigate the issue at hand and do their best to ensure you are drinking premium, delicious coffee as soon as possible. If the order is proved to be incorrect, damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of replacing the coffee or refund you the total amount incurred for your purchase.

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the shipping fee for return of the goods, unless the order is damaged or incorrect. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to Fuel Coffee UK is to be paid for by the customer, unless the order is damaged or incorrect. Please ensure your order is shipped to us using a courier service or via royal mail and that you are provided with ‘proof of delivery’ as Fuel Coffee UK cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
