What makes a good Coffee?

We only use beans that are at the very highest end of the grade spectrum. This allows us to develop and continuously improve on flavour notes, after-taste, mouthfeel and boldness.

You will require less grams of coffee per shot to get that TRUTH experience. This is true artisanal coffee at its finest.
So forget the strong, medium or mild hype, as this is just how the marketing geniuses get you to make a simple decision. it all rather depends on how many grams you use per shot and what flavours you enjoy most in your coffee
